We offer free standard shipping across Australia for all orders over $85.

For orders below $85, express orders or international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Processing  and Delivery Times

Domestic

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of being placed. 

Standard shipping: 4-7 business days.

Express shipping: 1-4 business days.

This is an estimate and actual times may fluctuate. Delivery times apply from date of dispatch not date of order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

International

All international online orders are shipped via Australia Post. If your country is not available at the checkout, please reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping is not available for these orders.

If your order hasn’t arrived, is damaged, or goes missing, please contact us at hello@epigraphcoffee.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and help resolve the issue, including assisting with courier claims if needed.
